Reverend Dawn Martin
Rev. Dawn Martin (Dayton, Ohio) is the founder behind Women On Assignment., Just Dazzlind Productions, Diva By Design Ministries, and Girls Empowered and Mentored to Success (G.E.M.S) which is a complete Educational and Success tool and resource for families and community. She currently holds a Masters of Science in Human Services and will complete a second Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the end of 2020. Rev. Dawn has a passion for helping girls and women find purpose within themselves after struggling with life's grievances. As the author of Fill My Cup-Transitioning to Purpose, her plan to develop long lasting partnerships to help create a better world, is the mantra she stand by which is driven by her faith.

Shondale Atkinson currently serves as the Founder & CEO of The Mustard Seed Foundation (TMSF). The Mustard Seed Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides a variety of programs and services focused on four critical need areas for young people: residential, health/wellness outreach, prevention, and awareness. Shondale is a respected expert in building collaborative relationships, and is also the Founder & Director of “Kardio Kidz Camp,” a summer fitness program for youth ages 5-13. This program teaches young people the value of good health and cultural enrichment. After being diagnosed with lupus in 2015 and hospitalized numerous times, Shondale began exploring her healthcare options, which led her to the medical marijuana industry. Shondale began researching ways how she could help inform others the benefits the industry could provide. In July of 2019, she opened Serendipity Community Care LLC in the Oregon District. Serendipity is a health and wellness clinic focused on holistic healing with an emphasis on cannabis-based treatment and products.

DONERIK BLACK
Donerik Black is a native Daytonian with over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience. In his current position Black serves as the Senior Contracts Compliance Officer for the City of Dayton Human Relations Council. In this role Black works with small and disadvantaged businesses who want to get certified to do business with the City of Dayton. In addition to this role Black also provides workshops and one-on-one counseling for existing and start-up businesses in the Dayton region. A few of the subjects Black’s workshops focus on include idea formation, business plan formation, sales, bookkeeping, loan package preparation, strategic planning, market research and marketing.
He also serves as the Publisher of the Dayton Weekly News. Dayton’s longest running African American news publication.
In his spare time Black enjoys supporting organizations like the American Heart Association and Life Connection of Ohio, the local office for Donate Life.

Marquetta Colbert

Marquetta is a Nurse Practitioner in Trotwood, OH and has over 12 years of experience in the field of medicine. She graduated from Medical School with her medical degree in 2008. She is affiliated with numerous hospitals in Ohio and more, including Miami Valley Hospital.
She is also the founder of Colbert Family Health and Wellness which will be opening it's second location this spring.
CO-PASTOR PAMELA MADDOX
Co Pastor Maddox is a National Evangelist, Pastor and song writer with several recording projects to her credit. She preached her first sermon at the age of 17, and has traveled throughout the United States speaking for women's conferences, revivals, youth conventions and special events, and has ministered alongside some of the country’s most renowned speakers. Coupled with her ecclesiastical duties, Co Pastor Maddox is the Operations Manager for Maddox Building Systems of Ohio, LLC. and aspires to be a female entrepreneur in the construction industry. Co Pastor Maddox is also the CEO and Founder of Exodus Evangelical Ministries, Incorporated in Englewood, Ohio, where she serves faithfully alongside her husband, Bishop Marcus Maddox. It is her belief that without a vision the people perish. Her mission is Spiritual, Economic & Academic Empowerment and to love all people. With the vision and mission in focus several community outreach programs have been birthed: (1) The Diamonds Program (2) The Kept Woman of GOD Conference (3) Exodus National Training Center.

Min. Hope has obtained a BA in Business Management with emphasis in Information Systems, became a licensed minister at Omega Baptist Church (Dayton, Ohio), received a Certificate in Leadership from Urban Leadership Academy and Master of Divinity with a focus in Pastoral Care from the United Theological Seminary. For the past twelve years, I have been serving as a Pastor, Chaplain, and a Mentor/Life-Coach certified from Destiny Training Academy, to assist those who are seeking to understand and learn how to love themselves, as well as receive much needed deliverance and salvation from God.

A Dayton Ohio native, Ashley earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wright State University and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Criminal Justice at Northern Kentucky University. Ashley has been working with children and teens in many different settings as a school therapist, counselor in community mental health, and various community service realms for the last five years. Ashley has provided many different services to children, teens, adults and families throughout her work history, including assessing, creating treatment plans, advocacy, providing crisis help, and group therapy.
